The health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. Kingston Water District (KWD) provides an essential service to your community and is prepared to maintain continuity of service to our community.
KWD will continue to monitor updates provided by Governor Raimondo, the Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC). As situations change, we will adapt to the latest developments and take appropriate steps to maintain and support our customers and the community that we serve. At this time, the KWD office will remain open for emergency calls. For emergency calls, please dial (401) 783-5494 and select Option #4.
SAFE DRINKING WATER:
Please be advised that the water supplied by the Kingston Water District is safe and meets all federal and state water quality requirements.
TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF IN HOME APPOINTMENTS:
To minimize exposure to and the spread of coronavirus, KWD will suspend all non-essential site visits including meter change outs until after March 30th.
SUSPENSION OF IN PERSON PAYMENT OF BILLS:
KWD will be suspending in person payments of water bills until after March 30th. Bills can be paid via mail or online at www.kingstonwaterdistrict.com
